How Therapy Works

Okay, you’re ready for your first visit with a total stranger to talk about all the things. Eek! 

Relax, the first visit is more about getting to know each other and making a game plan, not going deep into the issues yet. 

There will be NO Dr. Phil-style finger pointing, shaming and making you generally hate yourself even more. 

I’m the Anti-shame therapist. I’m not here to make you feel shittier than you already do.

The next visit is usually an interactive lesson to ensure you understand how your neurobiology impacts your actions, and how to rewire your programming!

From there, well…I need to meet you before I know what comes next. After all, you are a unique human, not a robot.
