Your investment is $165 per session regardless of the therapy modality we use (No extra charge for trauma work such as EMDR and IFS).

Out-of-Network Benefits and Superbills

I will also coordinate out-of-network benefits that may significantly reduce the cost. If you have out-of-network reimbursement benefits, I will provide you with a "superbill" to send to your insurance company, and they will send you a reimbursement check based on your plan.

I have actually had some clients pay less using out-of-network benefits when I terminated the contract with their insurance plan!
